The Museum of the Jamón Ibérico is a space that introduces this emblematic product from the town of Monesterio: the Jamón Ibérico de bellota. A visit to this centre offers a route loaded with experiences through two floors on which the visitor will travel from the dehesa and the Iberian breed that inhabits it, to the traditional and industrial slaughters. They will learn the uses of the Iberian pig, among which the Jamón Ibérico stands out as the star product.
The characteristics of the Jamón from Monesterio will be shown, those that make it an exclusive product and distinguish it from other jamones.
